Anneliese Monden

Anneliese co-founded Wascher and Partner with her husband Uwe in 2000. She is an experienced business consultant and executive coach and has worked with a large variety of both Multinational companies as well as SME’s mostly in Europe but also in the United States, Asia and the Middle East. Anneliese specializes in individual coaching. She also has extensive experience in course design and training and facilitation of groups in leadership development, coaching skills and change processes.

Anneliese followed her professional Master coach certification with boas and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) of the International Coach Federation.

Anneliese is also the co-founder of Qlickcoaching. and resides on the Board of Trustees of the International School (AIS).
Until 2000, Anneliese worked for General Electric (GE) where she was responsible for corporate leadership development for Europe. In that position, she was a member of the Corporate Executive Council of GE in Europe. She started her career as Assistant Professor International Law at the University of Leuven.

In addition to her coaching certification and her Belgian Law Degree, she also has a M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University (Bologna, Italy and Washington D.C.) and a Level A and Intermediate Level B certificate in Occupational Testing with certifications for, among others, MBTI, 15FQ+ and Firo-B. Anneliese is a certified Insights practitioner and accredited to use the Emotional and Social competency Inventory of the Hay Group.
Together with Chantal Smedts, Anneliese co-authored the coaching book, “Jouw personal coach; word wie je écht wil zijn” (“your personal coach; become who you really want to be”) published by Standaard Uitgeverij in Belgium. A Chinese version has been published in 2009.
